Terms and Conditions for card memebership

INTRODUCTION*

The VIP Miami Card is a discount card that offers exclusive discounts and benefits to its holders at participating establishments and services (the “Affiliates”) listed on our website.

CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT*

By accepting and using the VIP Miami Card, the cardholder (the “Cardholder”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

DISCOUNTS AND BENEFITS*

The VIP Miami Card entitles the Cardholder to discounts and benefits at participating Affiliates, subject to the terms and conditions of each Affiliate.

RESPONSIBILITY*

The VIP Miami Card is not a credit card and does not imply any responsibility on the part of VIP Miami Card for any damages or losses resulting from the misuse of the card by the Cardholder or third parties.

CLAIMS*

In the event of a dispute or failure to receive a discount at an Affiliate, the Cardholder must submit a claim via email through our website. VIP Miami Card will investigate and resolve the claim in accordance with its policies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY*

VIP Miami Card shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the card, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in the provision of discounts or benefits.

GOVERNING LAW*

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT*

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between VIP Miami Card and the Cardholder regarding the use of the VIP Miami Card.
By using the VIP Miami Card, the Cardholder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
